- How do I determine the order in which my monogram initials are stitched?
You will need to specify whether you want straight initials or a monogram. For straight initials you would put first name initial, middle name initial, and last name initial. (Example: Rhonda Gail McKinney would be "RGM") All initials will be the same size. For monogram initials you would put small first name initial, large last name initial, small middle name initial. (Example: Rhonda Gail McKinney would be "RMG", with the M being the larger one.)
- What is the normal turnaround time?
If item is in stock, you should recieve it within 10-14 days.
- How do you Ship?
I usually ship all items by USPS Priority Mail.
- Can I get a refund?
No, ordinarily items have been personalized, so be sure to watch for correct spelling before submitting the order. I cannot be responsible for misspelled lettering. You may get a refund if you have defective merchandise. If that is the case send it back to me and I'll give you a new item that has no defects. I check all products for defects and workmanship before embroidery, but occasionally something will slip by me.
